Here is how to make an offer:

You need an NRIParts.com account to make Offers.
Signing up is easy and it takes no time at all!

Once you are logged into your account you can select an item and clicked on the "Make and Offer" button.

The offers team will review and respond to your offer.
Your offer may be accepted, counter-offered or declined.
4.
If your offer is accepted, the item will automatically be added to your cart. Proceed to checkout and complete the order.
Some Tips for Making Offers:
Only make offers on items that you are seriously considering purchasing. Once your offer is accepted, a sales order is generated and your invoice will be created.
You can make offers on multiple products. As always, we will do our best to save shipping costs by combining multiple items into one order.
Until an offer is accepted, the item remains available for purchase and can be bought by anyone. The item will also be open to competing offers; and the highest offer will be accepted. We recommend submitting your best offer to ensure you win the item.
The Offers Team does its best to respond to offers in a timely manner. Typical turn-around time for an offer is 48 hours.
